She studied painting at Mimar Sinan Fine Art University in Istanbul and attended as a guest student at National Academy of Art in Sofia. Her work is exhibited at many galleries in Istanbul. Burçin's painting is usually about insomnia and the stories come from the nonexistent spaces and also from her own living spaces. At this point colour is very important for her because the main impact of her work is hidden in the colour itself.
